For this large-scale commercial precinct in China, our team successfully delivered a comprehensive façade lighting solution. My responsibilities included coordinating with the client, developing innovative lighting design concepts, performing lighting calculations, creating technical renders and videos, specifying lighting elements, and programming the system. The project presented several challenges, including remote collaboration, the complexity of lighting calculations and the topographical layout, building a 3D model for a special awning, and the requirement to use minimal lighting for landscape areas. Additionally, we needed to balance the desired lighting effects with adequate illumination for nighttime safety. Ultimately, our design was accepted by the client, reflecting our commitment to meeting their needs.
